Irish Long Course National Championships

The Irish Long Course National Championships take place in the National Aquatic Centre, from April 29th - May 2nd 2010.

This international event will feature the finest of Ireland’s swimmers, as well as many overseas competitors. Special guests and appearing for the first time in Ireland will be the USA All Star Junior Team. The USA’s National Club Swimming Association will send an All-Star Junior Team of 26 males and 26 females to compete in the championships.

Spectators are very welcome and entry into the viewing area of the Irish National 50 Metre Pool is free.

If you’re in our Academy and just starting out or you’re a member of the Masters squads, come along and enjoy this unique experience.

Thursday 29th April;

Warm up; 7.30am – 8.45am
Session 1; 9am – 12.30pm

Warm up; 3.30pm – 4.45pm
Session 2; 5pm – 7.30pm

Friday 30th April
