Aquazone Admissions Policy:
  • Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult
  • For families and small groups:

“For children aged 0 – 8 a minimum of 1 adult is to accompany every 2 children in the water and for each child who is 3 years of age and under we further recommend that a dedicated adult be in attendance in the water for each child”

  • Persons aged 9 and above can enter on their own.
  • Children 3 & under go free.
  • It is recommended that all under 5’s (those aged 1 to 4) wear floatation devices (e.g. arm bands) while in the AQUAZONE.

AQUAZONE Admissions Policy

  • Customers cannot exit pool hall (e.g. to café) and then return to pool.
  • Swim hats are compulsory in all water areas.
  • The facility’s features and flumes may operate on a rotational basis, where necessary, at management’s discretion.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Competition Pool Admissions Policy

  • Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult
  • For families and small groups:

“For children aged 0 – 8 a minimum of 1 adult is to accompany every 2 children in the water and for each child who is 3 years of age and under we further recommend that a dedicated adult be in attendance in the water for each child”

  • Persons aged 9 and above can enter on their own.
  • Children 3 & under go free.
  • It is recommended that all under 5’s (those aged 1 to 4) wear floatation devices (e.g. arm bands) while in the Competition Pool.
  • Prices and times may change at Management’s discretion.
  • No spectators allowed poolside in the Competition pool.
  • Customers cannot exit pool hall (e.g. to café) and then return to pool.
  • Swim hats are compulsory in all water areas.
  • The Competition Pool depth and features may vary depending on the time of day and the general activity program of the complex. Pool configuration may also change outside the published schedule at management’s discretion. Patrons are strongly advised to check these features and ensure that they are comfortable with both the depth and configuration of the pool before entering.
  • Any children using the lanes during lane swimming must be able to swim the lane length independently and no floatation devices, including armbands are permitted in this area.
  • During peak periods, the 1 metre pool may not be available
  • Diving Pool is only available at certain times and only when a fully qualified coach is at Pool side.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Birthday Parties

  • Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult
  • For families and small groups:

“For children aged 0 – 8 a minimum of 1 adult is to accompany every 2 children in the water and for each child who is 3 years of age and under we further recommend that a dedicated adult be in attendance in the water for each child”

  • Persons aged 9 and above can enter on their own.
  • One Adult goes free into AquaZone (only) for every 10 Children admitted with the party. (Adults must pay€14.00 separately when accompanying children into AquaZone. Adult meals are also separate to the Birthday party package in the Restaurant)
  • Party goers cannot exit to Party Zone and then return to pool.
  • No food is to be consumed outside of Finnie’s Party Zone.
  • Party times are hourly, with last entry to the water areas at 5pm.
  • Minimum numbers 8.
  • Maximum numbers 30.
  • There may be 2 Parties in the Party Zone at any one time.
  • It is recommended that all under 5’s (those aged 1 to 4) wear floatation devices (e.g. arm bands) while in the AQUAZONE.
  • Prices and times may change at Management’s discretion.
  • No spectators allowed in AquaZone poolside.
  • Swim hats are compulsory in all water areas.
  • The facility’s features and flumes may operate on a rotational basis, where necessary, at management’s discretion
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Group Bookings

  • In order to benefit from a special group rate of €10 per person a group booking is considered 20+ people.
  • 1 Guardian / Teacher go free with every 10 in the group.
  • A minimum ratio of 1 adult to every 20 children in the group for children aged 11+ is required. This designated adult is required to supervise the group poolside at all times.

Pool configuration may also change outside the published schedule at management’s discretion. Patrons are strongly advised to check these features and ensure that they are comfortable with both the depth and configuration of the pool before entering.
  • A deposit of €100 must be paid within 7 days of the booking by cheque, cash or card. The balance is paid on arrival when numbers are finalised.
  • All groups must be booked in advance of their visit through the Sales Office.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
