Winter Synchro Academy

Our Winter Synchronised Swimming Academy will go on sale from Monday 7th November 2011

Coach: 

Kinga Stefaniak (Ex-Polish Synchronised Swimming International)

Objective:

The long term plan is to develop and have a strong squad based at the NAC for when the USA Olympic Synchronised Team arrive in April 2012. The USA team are hoping to work with our squad as part of their residency.

The Course:

• Runs from Monday 7th November 
• Daily 4pm - 6pm in Pool C
• Mix of water and dryland training

Requirements:

• Girls aged 7+
• Ability to swim competently (not necessarily perfect )
• Good breaststroke very welcome
• Very important to have good posture
• Should be able to do a few supple exercises

Cost:              €120 Non Members or €110 Members

Places:          Max 20                                  (Minimum 5)

Bookings:    Priority sale for customers who attended the last course commences from 24th October & the Public sale will commence from 1st November

Aquafit

Our Aquafit courses take place on Monday & Wednesday evenings at 8.15pm and will last for a period of 45 minutes. The cost of these classes will be:

€8 Non Members or €5 Members

We also have FREE Member Only classes on Monday & Wednesday afternoons. These classes will commence at 12pm.
