The National Aquatic Centre is under the remit of the National Sports Campus Development Authority and is managed by NSCDA (Operations) Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidary of the Authority. The Chairman of the Authority is Dan Flinter and the Chief Executive is Barry O’Brien.

BARRY O'BRIEN
Chief Executive, National Sports Campus Development Authority (NSCDA). Professionally qualified in a variety of disciplines. Has over 30 years of professional involvement in Property Development and Facilities Management in the State, Semi-State and Private Sectors.
