Authority & Board Members:
The National Aquatic Centre is under the remit of the National Sports Campus Development Authority and is managed by NSCDA (Operations) Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidary of the Authority. The Chairperson of the Authority is Sean Benton and the Chief Executive is Barry O’Brien. 

Sean Benton
Chairperson, Chairman of Our Lady's Hospice and Care Services; Chairman of the Education and Finance Board; Director of Glenbeigh Holdings; Former Chairman of Office of Public Works (OPW). Previously a Commissioner of the OPW. Former Director of Finance, Department of Health; Former Chairman of NSCDA operations Company.

BARRY O'BRIEN
Chief Executive, National Sports Campus Development Authority (NSCDA). Professionally qualified in a variety of disciplines. Former Director (Estates) at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). Has over 30 years of professional involvement in asset management and development within the State, semi-State and Private Sectors.

The Members of the Board of the Operations Company are;

Caroline Murphy
Chairperson and Director Journalist and Organisational Psychologist with many years’ experience in sports broadcasting covering major national & international sporting events.  Particular interest in the psychology of performance and is NSCDA representative on the High Performance Committee of the Irish Institute of Sport. Chairman and Director of NSCDA Operations Co Ltd.

Roy Dooney
Director
Communications Consultant by profession. Member of the National Sports Strategy Group 1995 - 1997; Former Commissioner of the Eircom League; FAI; Former international athlete who represented Ireland at Marathon, Road and Cross-Country championships at European and World levels. Communications advisor to the Great Ireland Run.
