Changing Rooms

The Male & Female Group Changing rooms are located on the left hand side of the main thoroughfare between vending machine 9 and 10.

Additionally, you can use the family change cubicles located in Village 1 of the AquaZone. These are larger than the individual cubicles.  

You will need a €1 coin for the lockers. This is refundable.

Access

Swipe cards allow entry through the gates 20mins before the lesson. If you arrive earlier than 20mins, unfortunately you will not be allowed access. It is possible to wait in the café until the turnstiles activate.

It is important that you bring your swipe card for every visit. If you need access through the gate because you have a buggy, please bring this to the attention of the receptionist who will open the gate for you. Please do not push or pull the gate. Equally, when exiting with a buggy, please bring this to the attention of the receptionist who will be able to open the gate.

If you experience trouble swiping your card, you will need to go to the Sales office to get this resolved.

When booking for the next academy, please note that swipe cards are re-used. They are automatically activated on receipt of payment.

Viewing

Parents/Guardians are not allowed onto pool deck, due to health and safety reasons. 

Swimming lessons that are held in Pool A (1st Pool when entering competition pool) will be able to view from the marshalling room. There are occasions when the marshalling room will not be available due to competitions, meetings and events.  Parents/Guardians will be asked to use the concourse on these occasions.

If the swimming lesson is being held in Pool D (Diving), you should use the back corridor (team dressing rooms area) to gain access to the pool. Viewing is upstairs from the concourse, which can accessed from the fire pods.

Deck

If you need to go on deck to speak to the swim teacher, pool shoes such as flip-flops or alternatively pool shoe covers must be worn.

Hats

Swim Hats are compulsory for all pool users.
