The National Aquatic Centre is under the remit of the National Sports Campus Development Authority and is managed by NSCDA (Operations) Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidary of the Authority.

Communications Consultant by profession. Member of the National Sports Strategy Group 1995 - 1997; Former Commissioner of the Eircom League; FAI; Former international athlete who represented Ireland at Marathon, Road and Cross-Country championships at European and World levels. Communications advisor to the Great Ireland Run.
Journalist and Organisational Psychologist with many years’ experience in sports broadcasting covering major national & international sporting events. Particular interest in the psychology of performance and is NSCDA representative on the High Performance Committee of the Irish Institute of Sport. Chairman and Director of NSCDA Operations Co Ltd.
Elisha Spivak Declan Lyons
Currently employed as a Secretarial Assistant in the House of the Oireachtas. Completed Sports and Leisure PLC in Coláiste Ide. Plays Soccer and GAA for local Ballymun clubs. Previously managed Bohemians Schoolboys club. Keen interest in all sports especially Soccer and GAA.

Donald Chapman David Conway
National Sports Campus Development Authority. Involved in the Abbotstown project since 2001. A former Physical Education teacher, an MBA graduate and Project Manager, he was previously involved with the development of Sports Facilities at the University of Limerick as their Sports Administrator; as Head of Sports at Dublin City University and as Director of Operations at the National Aquatic Centre. He has also worked with a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport.
Sports Operations Manager
Liam joined the NSCDA Team in June 2012 as the Head of Sports Operations. Liam previously worked as Hi-Tec Sports Training & Merchandising Executive for both Ireland & Northern Ireland and as a Retail Manager within Aldi. He has also been a key member of one of the South-Easts largest sporting facilities, The Watershed, heading up their Gym & Fitness operations. Liam is a graduate of WIT with a National Diploma in Business and BA in Business, Recreation and Leisure Management and the Aldi Management training program.
Head of Maintenance
Niall has been with NSCDA Operations Ltd since 2007, before that Niall worked in Intel Ireland for two years in facilities services, and worked with IBM (Ireland) Microelectronics Division for six and a half years as a Maintenance Engineer.
Niall has a 2:1 BSc Degree in Electrical Services & Energy Management in DIT Kevin Street & BEng Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Distinction). Niall was shortlisted for a special award on his final thesis by Engineers Ireland. Niall is currently studying for his MSc in Management from UCD.
Extensive experience within the travel and hospitality industry in UK, Germany and Ireland. BSc Management from DIT Business Faculty and Trinity College. Involved in the setting up of “ebookers.ie” while working for “ebookers.com”. Keen sportsman. Winner of All Ireland medals at schoolboy level in both soccer and gaelic football.
